致歡迎辭： 資訊科技界立法會議員 莫乃光先生 香港開放城市聯盟會長 黃岳永先生 專題演講一：「智能交通系統數據的採集和應用」 香港智能交通運輸系統協會理事 林松威先生 (Mr.Ray LAM) 專題演講二：「城市低碳交通系統 — 最佳實踐方法及政策 」 香港中文大學地理與資源管理學系助理教授 何穎小姐 近年，不少國家致力發展智能綠色交通，除了引入使用電動車外，亦提倡共乘車輛文化，配以數據管理分折，提供暢順路面交通的同時，亦大大降低碳排放量，改善空氣質素。 香港政府正為香港制訂智慧城市發展藍圖，結合公共交通、潔淨能源車輛對提升城市運輸效率和服務質素的意義為何？香港政府在2016年施政報告中表示會重點推動公共交通使用電動車，並會協助物業管理公司增建更多充電設施。一年過後，目前的發展成效如何？如何透過開放數據共享、大數據分析等科技，使香港的交通系統變得更智慧？
